REFUND, EXCHANGE & SHIPPING POLICY
1. NO CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
EVIS does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to reasons such as dissatisfaction, preference, incorrect selection, or ordering error by the customer.
This applies to all products, and no exceptions will be made.
2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS (LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES)
EVIS does not offer returns or refunds as a general policy.
Where a product has delivery damage, missing items, wrong items, or defects apparent upon receipt, EVIS may, at its sole discretion, offer a remedy in accordance with this policy and the Warranty Policy.
Any issues relating to delivery condition, incorrect items, or defects apparent upon receipt must be reported within 24 hours from the date the product is received.
Manufacturing defects that arise after delivery are governed exclusively by EVIS’s Warranty Policy and do not entitle the customer to a return or refund.
The customer must cease use immediately upon discovering an issue and preserve the product condition for inspection.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following must be met:
Valid proof of purchase (official EVIS invoice or receipt)
Product must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original condition
Product must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components
No signs of misuse, improper handling, installation, or wear
EVIS reserves the sole discretion to assess the condition of the returned product and determine eligibility.
4. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

Approved return instructions and return address will be provided by EVIS.
Unauthorised returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Trackable shipping and shipping insurance are strongly recommended
EVIS is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Returns will only be processed after the item is received and inspected by EVIS.
5. EXCHANGES (PRIMARY REMEDY)
Where a return is approved, exchange is the default remedy, not a refund.
If the same product is available, it will be exchanged on a like-for-like basis
If the product is out of stock, the customer may:
Exchange for another available product; or
Request a monetary refund (subject to Section 6)
Exchange Value Differences
If the replacement product is of lower value, no refund will be issued for the difference
If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch
- Where permitted by law, EVIS’s primary remedy is repair or exchange; refunds are provided only where required by law or where EVIS elects to do so.
6. MONETARY REFUND POLICY (LIMITED)
EVIS may, at its discretion, issue a monetary refund if:
The returned product is approved; and
The same product is permanently or temporarily out of stock
Refunds are issued only for the product price paid.
All shipping, handling, customs, and bank fees are strictly non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days, subject to bank or payment provider processing timelines.
7. REFUND PROCESSING DISCLAIMER
If you do not receive your refund within 14 working days:
Contact your card issuer or payment provider
Contact your bank (processing times vary)
If unresolved, contact support@evis.com.my
EVIS is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment gateways.
8. RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNS
EVIS reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if:
The request does not meet the eligibility criteria
The product is returned damaged, incomplete, or altered
The request is deemed unreasonable, excessive, or abusive
The issue falls under normal wear and tear or misuse
Rejected items may be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
EVIS may charge reasonable handling/administration fees for returned or undeliverable shipments, where permitted by law.
9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
For international orders:
Import taxes, customs duties, VAT, GST, or clearance fees may apply
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
EVIS does not reimburse or absorb these costs
Failure to pay customs charges resulting in delivery refusal, delay, or seizure does not entitle the customer to a refund.
10. BANK & PAYMENT FEES
Banks or payment providers may impose:
Foreign transaction fees
Cross-border processing charges
Currency conversion fees
These fees are outside EVIS’s control and are non-refundable.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and nothing herein limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
This policy forms part of EVIS’s Terms & Conditions and shall be read together with them.
