How to preset my desk height?

1.Use the up and down arrow buttons to adjust to your preferred height level.

2.Press the “Save” button.

3.Press the numerical button in which you would like to save your desirable height.

4.Repeat step 1 – 3 to save up to 3 preset height levels.

Why isn't my EVIS Desk functioning properly?

If your EVIS Smart Desk isn’t adjusting its height correctly due to an electric shock, power failure, or power cut, don’t worry. This is a safety feature designed to protect the motors.

To resolve this issue, simply reboot the system by following these steps:

Press and hold the “down” buttons simultaneously until the desk reaches its lowest height and you hear a “beep.”
Once the display shows the lowest height, your desk should be functioning normally again.
