EVIS is committed to processing and dispatching orders in a timely manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out the terms governing order processing, shipping, delivery, and risk allocation.

By placing an order with EVIS, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or Malaysian public holidays.

During peak periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing and dispatch timelines may be extended. Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract, and EVIS shall not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not essential terms of the contract. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including courier performance, delivery location, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond EVIS’s reasonable control.


3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

All delivery fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.


4. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active, depending on the courier service provider.


5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

EVIS offers international shipping to selected destinations.

International shipping availability, rates, delivery timelines, and applicable charges vary by destination and will be communicated during checkout or upon enquiry.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, clearance fees, and regulatory charges are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • EVIS does not guarantee clearance by customs authorities

  • EVIS shall not be liable for delays, refusals, seizures, or additional charges imposed by customs or regulatory bodies

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all required import documentation and regulatory requirements are met prior to placing an international order.


6. RISK OF LOSS & TRANSFER OF TITLE

All products are inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier, freight forwarder, or shipping agent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EVIS shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.


7. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If an order arrives damaged, the customer must:

  1. Notify the courier service provider directly and lodge a claim

  2. Retain all original packaging, cartons, and damaged items for inspection

  3. Notify EVIS within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and documentation

  4. Damage occurring during transit is distinct from manufacturing defects, which are governed exclusively by EVIS’s Warranty Policy

EVIS may assist with documentation at its discretion but is not the claimant and does not guarantee courier claim approval.

Failure to retain packaging or to report damage promptly may result in the rejection of claims.


8. FAILED DELIVERY & INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

EVIS shall not be responsible for:

  • Failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts

Any re-delivery, redirection, storage, or return-to-sender costs incurred will be borne entirely by the customer.


9. UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Where shipments are returned to EVIS due to failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Additional re-shipping or handling charges may apply

  • EVIS may, at its discretion, cancel the order and issue a refund for the product price only, less applicable charges, where permitted by law


10. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by EVIS’s Refund & Exchange Policy and Warranty Policy, which form part of the Terms & Conditions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVIS shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or events beyond EVIS’s reasonable control

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from shipping or delivery delays

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
